As an Integrative Therapist, Yoga Instructor, Interior Designer, and Photographer I hold the same intention: to raise our consciousness and to bring harmony and balance into all environments (inner and outer).
When we are in union will all parts of our self, we express peace and well being. Freedom is the ability to make choices that align with our heart center. The ultimate aim is self mastery and self-realization.
I am dedicated to the process of transformation. Whether I’m sharing bodywork, teaching a yoga workshop, designing sacred spaces, or hanging a photograph, I embrace each moment as an opportunity to expand our awareness and be empowered.
